Competitive Price File for Staples.ca Ink & Toner Products

Our subscription program (single use license) provides you with a detail file of all ink and toner products listed on www.staples.ca.  This file contains cross referencing for universally used manufacturers product codes, product description, current price, if current price is sale pricing and so much more.  Now all you have to do is receive your excel file and you instantly have a current detailed price file of every product listed in the Ink & Toner Section of Staples Canada website.  For an optional one-time fee we will even set up the file to reference your product codes.  We also provide the pricing for Staples private brand and third party compatible inks and toners but also provide cross referencing of those products to the OEM product code.

How it Works!

On the first day of each month we complete an in depth analysis of all the products listed in the Ink & Toner section on Staples.ca.  From there we take this information and incorporate it into the excel spreadsheet to which you subscribe.  The result is a complete, current (for that month) excel file that you use to competitively price both your OEM and your Compatible ink and toner products.  This file typically contains well over 1,000 products.  Of course, it varies each month depending on the addition or deletion of products made available by Staples.ca.  You receive your file on the 3rd day of the current month.

Pricing:  We provide you with three choices to recieve this file, all of which are major cost savings for you.

Option One

One Time File:  Order a Specific Month's file for only $79.00 plus applicable taxes.

(If you are ordering just a one month file to make sure it is what you want, we will credit this payment if you sign up for a six or twelve month subscription before the new months file is available for distribution.)

Option Two

Six Month Subscription:  Sign up for six consecutive months of receiving the file (based on $39.00 per month) $234.00 plus applicable taxes.

Option Three

Twelve Month Subscription:  Sign up for twelve consecutive months of receiving the file (based on $29.00 per month) $348.00 plus applicable taxes.

Customizing The File

We can also customize the file we send to you to include your corresesponding product numbers as an additional reference.  To do this we would need you to send us an excel file with your part numbers in relationship to the OEM Part #.  Don't worry if they are not exact we will figure it out.  This option is only available for those who sign up for a six or twelve month subscription.

Cost for this service is a One Time Fee of $259.00 for a six month subscription or One Time Fee of $149.00 for a twelve month subscription.
